Birden fazla parselin birleştirilerek tek parsel haline getirilmesi işlemidir. Bu işlem yapılırken İmar Planında Yola Terk işlemi varsa iki işlem birden yapılır. Bu işlem harita mühendisliği hizmetleri kapsamında şirketimiz tarafından ilgili belediyece işlemleri yapılarak sizlere teslim edilir.
Tevhit İşlemi Ne Kadar Sürer? Bu işlem için belediyeye ya da valiliğe müracaat edildikten sonra, en fazla 30 gün içerisinde tevhit işlemleri sonuçlandırılmaktadır. Aynı zamanda yapılacak olan işlemin terkin ya da tescili için tapuya iki hafta içerisinde bildirilmektedir.
